Has anyone flown Air Canada first class internationally? Is it a good airline? Does it comapare to any other domestic or non-domestic airlines?

Air Canada has an Executive First which is a cross between Business and First. It is on par with or marginally better than Lufthanza business but nowhere near Lufthanza first.
Air Canada is part of the Star Alliance.

I would agree with Miriam. AC Exec First is comfortable but more like Business seating than First. The seats are not flat once fully reclined.
