Update - Ngaire contacted Betty and Betty did get my letter. Betty emailed me and told me that she spoke with Rose about the letter/envelope switch. Rose will be sending out our letters.
Rose is a trooper!

I think it's pretty neat that the genesis of the solution was right here on Ngaire's board! I THOUGHT I recognised Betty's last name as a client of Ngaire's, as I have met her briefly.

Has anyone received their letters and sent back corrections? I just wondered how they handled this. Do they send back a corrected letter?? It would be nice if they listed it on the web site eventually.

RSSC is lucky to have people like Rose. Geez, I'm sure those mailings are computer driven, and when a person actually steps in there and gives you a personal note, well, that's a class act!

Rose is, indeed, a class act. It's so appreciated when someone goes the extra mile to rectify a situation, especially considering how swamped they must be with inquiries, corrections, etc. This is no small project to get this new program going. Rose rose to the challenge!

Received THE letter today! I had called Rose last Wed. and she said a "second mailing" had gone out that week. I got through to her directly, so maybe the deluge is over, if you'd like to call her.

Received letter yesterday. :D Note the singular! :rolleyes: The good news was that the numbers were correct. Interesting about the certificate good for booking through 15 February being received 1 March. Now just have to work at getting Gretchen's letter. Data should be the same so should be easy...right? Otherwise not sure how I'm going to explain me wanting to send a long dress out for pressing on formal night.  Greg

We got our letters a week or so ago. I had called Rose and left a message but never heard back from her--looks like the letter was mailed just a few days after I left the message, so at least the call got some action. Anyway, the information in our letters was incorrect, so I faxed in the correction form. Now we'll see if our days get corrected. I was happy we weren't interested in any of the cruises eligible for use of the upgrade certificate--it was mailed after the expriation date :rolleyes:

We hope they do not forget their international customers. We down here in Australia have not seen any letters and our agents know nothing. Thank goodness for LCT keeping us updated!
