OK, I have updated all the locations for everyone. I hope I got them all right...Please let me know if I made any mistakes. Olivia, thanks for your help, you did most of the work adding the locations!

This list is "fun" to manage given there are 3 seperate threads continually changing for this party. I honestly do not know how Ngaire (and her staff) does it!

As soon as the majority settle in hotels I will post them here too, but right now it would be difficult to be continually adding/ changing them all.

Actually so many that were on the OFFICIAL list that have not posted yet all look like they are coming now. More will be showing up here shortly. With my staff included we are now well over 100 people.

So we must SPREAD around the house not everyone can gather around the bar in the den. It is 5000 sq ft home but that includes the WHOLE house so wander everywhere, our bedroom, office, upstairs the entire house will be open to allow enough oxygen for people to breathe.

We may spread wine everywhere. Take away the decorative items and replace them with wine bottles. We can do a bar in the front area and we have a bar in the media room upstairs. We have a walk in bar in the den area. A help yourself multi three bar event.

No dance floor though at my house - sorry Suzanne BUT we will dance at Billy Bob's that is for sure. I do not wear jeans (have you noticed) and lost my boots years ago. Ken still has his boots, certainly has jeans, and if we can find those cowboy hats, even I used to have one.

Goodness, put your beautiful glass collection out of the "elbow" zone with this crowd, Ngaire!

We're so looking forward to seeing all of you we know, and meeting those we don't. The biggest disappointment for us when VIKING cancelled was that we wouldn't see the people who would have been aboard.

Sounds like I'll have to begin a strict training regimen of elbow bending so that I can try to keep up with this crowd!

The good thing is that both the Hyatt Place and ALOFT are truly so close that it will be pretty easy to make "runs". Aloft literally less than 5 minutes down a road with little traffic and a straight shot. Hard to get lost if you tried. I know the hotel can shuttle 15 people at a time to get here but their shuttle service ends at 9.30 pm at night.

Hyatt place even closer. They have a shuttle also.

I think quite a few who will have cars and I am sure it will not be a problem.

The bus is the obvious answer for Billy Bob's we may need two buses just have to see how many opt to not do that on Friday.

Have you considered one of those big white wedding tents for the back yard? With twinkling fairy lights..soooo romantic with only 100 close friends.

Our back yard is almost non existant. We live on a golf course so we look at the course instead of a yard. Now if the golf course would allow us to put that tent up on their green we might be in business. Those guys do not really need to play golf on a Saturday do they?

John and I will be availabe to shuttle party-goers from ALOFT and the Hyatt also, to and from Princess Ngaire's house.
