I'll collate the responses for who is on ROAR 2. Kindly identify: Capetown or no Capetown; and the order of your safari camps. If you are NOT going to Birkenhead house (only a few folks, I think), please say so.

Editing to add: By "Capetown" I mean the three or four day Capetown option. Those of us not taking that excursion still expect to be in Capetown for the Baia dinner. If I've got you in the wrong "Capetown" or "No Capetown" category, pls. advise & I will get you moved. Also, if your safari camp order has changed, let me know & I will get them fixed.

FYI - I sent out a booklet to everyone on Friday. It has your complete itinerary and order of camps, all details including flight times where I know the times.

After you all receive this please carefully check over the personalized part of the booklet to be sure that everything is as it should be.

As to the order of camps it almost sorted itself out. Because of post safari plans, how many singles at one place, the camps used, for example all those at Kings Camp are going to Kings Camp first so they had to be at Madikwe Hills second,and many other miscellaneous factors it basically dictated how this should all work.

Yes, I think that's the one where Ngaire said just hold on and let me get it straight first, then I will give you the information. Much like Ngaire said above. We are all just so eager to hear the names of our travelmates!!

I'm glad Ngaire has given us an update on the Friday mailing. It may take a few days, as Monday is a holiday, but thanks, Ngaire!
