Kathy and LeeAnne, I hope you start to feel better soon. Looks like Diana is getting sick as well. I came home from work and found her in bed. Said she feels like she is coming down with a cold. Her nose is running, her throat is scratchy, and she is starting to ache.

I always thought that alcohol would kill those pesky viruses!

Marcie, I think "disinfectants" (as we took them) work as well. Even that barker across the aisle from me on my flight home did not seem to make a difference. Just wondering about that awful hotel I stayed in, but I seem to be fine!

I have the cold and temp too and I wasn't even there to enjoy the fun.
If we ever have a gathering in San Francisco there is a really great small restaurant called El Mansour. It is Moroccan. You sit on the floor on cushions and eat the wonderful food with your fingers. They also have a belly dancer.It is a great place for a good size group. Check it out on the internet.We spend the evening and have a blast.I am having a surprise birthday party there for Marty.He hasn't really gotten over the kids and grandkids spending Thanksgiving weekend here.He might not be too thrilled when they all invade again.

Heh heh...Here we are. GOSH, what in the ..blankety blank is with this "limogerm"???? It truly deserves a name at this stage: "Last In MIMOSA Or Get (to the) ER (fast) Man!!"....Defined as a "newly advanced medical parasite that attaches itself to those poor souls riding in a "limo". More tests are needed to determine whether or not those infected may need rabies shots".

We may never live to experience another "limo ride" ever again. Don is its next victim to enjoy its pleasures; i.e., thrashing around at a temp of 101,+chills+aches+headaches++ tonight as well. Yes, he joined "the club". This is SOME germ. One must pay a price for such pleasures.... I can hardly wait for my turn (twirls & spins)!!

Nah - Don, I didn't have any OJ. I drank my champers straight and bubbly. I don't think it was the limo either. Just a very nasty virus going around.

Nasty is right. Last night was one of my worst nights ever. No sleep, pounding headache...fever, shaking, chills...the works. The strange thing is that my son got it as well, he came down with it Monday evening just like I did, so this bug must be EVERYWHERE!

Theraflu seems to be helping a bit. Although I suspect a brand new Lexus would work even better. Good show Todd!

I can save you all a trip to the Dr. It is a virus. There is nothing to do but stay in bed and drink fluids and take Tylenol. It's going around. Unless you have a sore throat and then you can have strep so then you should go to the Dr for antibiotic.

As one of the down and out casualties, I agree, you were greatly missed, but at least you didn't get exposed to our limo-itis. I am home for day three of slight fever, cough and general blahs.

Hi...I just started reading about the MIMOSA bug and hope I didn't bring it from the ship. I saw the Dr. on Tuesday - no temperature, he checked for strep throat - none - so he gave me amoxicilian (sp?) and sudafed. We've been sleeping for almost all of the last 4 days - not much fun - missed two ports :(

Sorry everyone else is ill too.

Margo: Tony and I had colds and flu like symptoms for a few days on the Voyager and same drugs they gave us - hope yours passes quickly!!!! Joanna
