I was at a meeting in Fort Lauderdale yesterday, and sat down to talk to one of the participants who, I noticed, was carrying a folder with the Seven Seas Mariner logo on it. I mentioned I'd just been on that ship, so we got to talking about RSSC. And, he mentioned LCT. Well, turns out it was our own Neviboy! Seems he and I work in the same field, though I had to travel some 900 miles to find that out.
Thanks for the ride to the airport, Neville!

Crystal, how cool is that! You had an LCT get together and didn't even have to plan it!

On my tour of Italy, out of 40 people, 3 went to the same high school at different times. I think all in New Jersey. And I married someone who was Born in NY, raised in Denver and I met him on the internet. His mother's first cousin and only California relative was my classmate from kindergarten to high school.

How fun was that, Crystal!
Another small world story: my good friend and neighbor 2 doors down (here in Wilson, NC) used to babysit my cousins in Aurora, Indiana.

People are absolutely addicted to cruising with Radisson!! I'm actually surprised this hasn't happened to someone else before this! Although we may have met others from this board while traveling but if they didn't have something with a logo on it, we may not have noticed. Does anyone else think this might have happened?

Hi Crystal. It is a small world. I didn't realize there was someone else on this board from Alexandria. We have several people from the metro area but I didn't know of anyone else from Alexandria. Tom.

Tom, I live near the Huntington Metro--Alexandria address but located in Fairfax County.
We probably should do a DC area LCT get together at some point.
Trish, you're right. I'll bet a few of us have met without knowing it.

Maybe it's time for LCT Luggage Tags! When we cruise we can spot them on the hand carry luggage while we're sipping champange!

Hi Crystal. I used to live by the Huntington metro in a little town house community called Berkshire East on Berkshire Ct. Now I live near Alexandria Hospital. A DC get together would be nice. Tom.

Crystal & Tom,
I may be convinced to drive a few hours north for a DC get-together.

Beth, that would be great. Let's all start thinking about timing.
Tom, I know Berkshire Court well (as well as the Alex Hospital area). I live in a high-rise complex called Montebello.

A Saturday evening would be good for me. I'll try to get Randy to come with me. He hasn't cruised yet, but will sooner or later with me. He could be a honorary member of LCT.

If you guys decide to have a get-together, Penny and I would like to join you if possible. We have been yearning to visit D.C. for some time.
As info., during 1963, I lived in DC and have many fond memories of my stay during that historic year.
Cheers! Ray

A get together would be great. I'm usually not available weekends until after 7pm. Monday and Tuesday are best for me because I don't have to work.
Ray, the DC area has changed quite a lot since 1963. Tom.
