This is pretty cool... 1) Go to the link below. After reading each window click on the boy in the lower right corner of the picture. 2) In the last window type in your answer in the white box using the keyboard (there is NO cursor). You will be amazed... link to puzzle And, no, nothing is going to jump out at you!

Great! Just had to add, this weekend on Funnyiest Home Videos, they had kids being taped by their parents for that thing you sent us awhile ago that had the monster jump out. It was hysterical!

I'm not sure i'd understand it even if someone explained it. I think the bigger question is - what on earth does it have to do with 7UP?

Nothing more than an entertaining little thing on their web site. It drives traffic and new/repeat visits.

OK, I think this is it:
It all comes down to the subtraction of the two numbers -- your first number and then its transposition.
You then circle and remove one digit, which can’t be a zero..
Sum the digits remaining (after the one has been removed, which can’t be a zero)
Subtract that sum from 27
If that result is still greater than one digit, subtract 9 from that result.
Continue subtracting 9 from that result until you have one digit.
That one digit is the number you circled.
