You're such a knowledgeable crowd, I know one of you will be able to help me out! I need some recommendations for good restaurants in Palm Springs, CA. The type of cuisine doesn't matter; I'm just looking for a place that a foodie would enjoy.

My parents lived in PS for many years and IMO one of the finest restaurants in the valley is Le Vallauris. Even P thought it was wonderful and being a chef he is a hard nut to crack. I think your foodie will love it.
