med4bike, thankfully, we are with Marcie and have the same guide in Bordeaux as you! The only thing that keeps me off Crystal is that they tell you when to eat, and with whom. I don't travel with a group of four. When you said it was "open" (I think), does that mean you are able to eat when, where, and with whom you wish? This is one of my big stumbling blocks to booking with Crystal.
