Getting an upgrade on Regent means going to a Penthouse from a regular suite. Going from Deck 5 to a higher deck is not an upgrade, in my opinion, since all suites are alike. In rough seas I would prefer a lower deck. I think that on Silverseas an upgrade would be to a mid-ship suite.
