I'm just spectulating here, but I'm willing to bet there were a few more passengers who got bumped.
It seems that it was 4 people ( cabins) and they were 3 from same group and the one who started the thread. Both parties involved luckily were on CC.
I think that FDR's response to the whole matter was great. Took the blame for his company and did the right thing and said it should never have happened and will never again.
I am sure it won't. The internet is too big for that kind advertisement for his cruiseline. :p
