The medical establishment (sorry Masaki) continues to stick by "you should get it mantra" but personally I would rather get the flu than risk any of these bad complications. If you are the "one" it hits the odds mean very little.
I also think the way virus mutate the flu shot is not any assurance of not catching the flu anyway.
