We have a very close personal friend who got that horrible Guillion Barre Syndrome almost 6 years ago; it wrecked his life. He nearly died several times, he is blind now and has several other problems from it. I don't know that it had anything to do with a flu shot, because he got it in the early Spring, but it is absolutely something out of a horror movie.
He is 75 now; his doctor said he had never seen such a severe case of this.
