Happy Passover everyone. The brisket recipes sound delicious. We are doing the seders with our family and then Monday leaving on the trans-Atlantic on the Symphony. Crystal provides a rabbi during holidays (and usually passengers lead the non-holiday Friday night services) so we may attend services on board the ship. Judith
