I just realized you asked about my temple book. Yes, you will be able to get them at any of the temples and I think they make a really unique souvenir. You will be able to get one at most temples in Tokyo. Any tour guide SHOULD be able to help you purchase one and have it "signed". Let me know if you have more questions.
