We found ALL the restaurants in Hong Kong to be wonderful, Jim! One of our favorites is Spring Deer on Mody Road in Kowloon. Ask your conceirge for directions.
Two eyeglass/opticians in the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong were very good and much less expensive than stateside. One on the lower level and one on the second floor in the shopping arcade. Yes, bring your prescription and they will have the glasses ready in 24 hours! All the wonderful designer frames are there...at about half price!
