Are Marty/Erika and Joanna/Tony on MINT now? I've gotten confused because of the disappearing threads incident on that other board.

Joanna and Tony are not booked yet though they hope to in the near future. My understanding is if they book the McWilliams will also book. I don't know about Marty and Erika.

I promised Kimmi I would not bust her chops (on the CC board) about the Kimmis not booking (yet) on MINT.

But that was on the CC board .... How do I add a wink here?

Marty and Erika are working hard to get onto this cruise. Gretchen and George are holdouts, but, I believe, after they return from a disastrous cruise next month on the QM2, they will recant and book this cruise. Have no fear, I'm in there plugging away - after all, I don't want to miss the full contact trivia.
Keep after Kimmi and Mr. Kimmi - they need to be there, as well as that precious Karen and her Mark.

I regret not being able to visit Sin City with you guys in April, but I hope you understand.

Marty (aka Guiseppe Gianneschi)

I seem to be having some trouble posting here -- I hope this one ends up on the board.

Yes, we're coming!! I am so excited to have another cruise to look forward to so soon off the PG.

Are there any divers out there? George will be looking for scuba opportunities and buddies.

MarnaLou

Oh, my God....I'm sitting down for this one...PLEASE TELL ME YOU'RE COMING! I can't handle this suspense! Like I said, bring the parents, the in-laws, the other cops, Heidi & Paco, the incarcerated (well maybe not them)...just come!
P.S. Heidi and Paco are the Kimmi's 2 precious dogs, not the incarcerated! :D

Marcie, I'm only harassing you guys. You know we are doing the BAT in August, which to very close to the MINT. So, all kidding aside, I think it's out of the question unless we win the lotto this Sat. night. Then it's all MINT cruises on us ;) ;) Forget the parents/inlaws for now. My parents 40th is next year (i think) so I'm trying to talk them into a RSSC cruise. As for my 2 PITA's.....wouldn't it be nice if we could take them and they could hang out with your critters??! There should be a cruiseline with pet accomodations! It would make our life so much easier.
Oh, in the Star Wars series, there are various types of "critters" so you might like it. Some are sort of gross looking, though.

Looks like a good group (from all that i have read anyway given that I have not met any of you), but I think with a little luck and possible use of tough persuasion, we can add a few more!!!

Here's a sight Ray (OHHusker) sent me for excursions in Puerto Vallarta:

http://www.hypermex.com/htmlads2/canopy.htm

It looks like they have a lot of activities available. Take a look. The other site is the Canopy Site:

http://www.vallarta-adventures.com/english/canopy_tour.html

Looks like fun!!!!!!!

Editing to add....check out the photo tour!

I am so proud and excited that I have found a way to hot-link a web-site, I couldn't resist posting this to you MINT'ers.

http://www.primetimeshuttle.com/cruise_ship_service.htm

Even if it is of no value to you, it doesn't take away my joy ;)

My next heralded adventure will be to find a way to post a picture. Wish me luck!

Cheers! Ray

Ray-

When you find your picture on the web, right click on it and go to "properties"....then go to the "address url" section and use the copy feature from your mouse for the location of the picture. Then come back here, start a post or add to one and use the followinf

You are good to go!

Thanks, Todd, I understand perfectly what needs to be done and will, therefore, instruct Penny to take it from here.

<img border="0" alt="[vhappy]" title="" src="graemlins/icon_vhappy.gif" /> Nah really, Todd, I'll give it a go. Thanks!

Cheers! Ray

Todd

I am not on this cruise, but if I were I would be swinging from a branch or dangling over a river with you. And I am afraid of heights. I don't know Olivia, but appeal to her adventuresome spirit. Tell her that even with my fear of heights, one of my must does before I die is to climb the Sydney bridge. But I will never get in a hot air balloon & gondolas & chair lifts aren't my favorite things in the world, but I will ride them.
Ngaire, I think you should reconsider doing this. Everyone says it is wonderful - of course, this is said after it is over.

Cluck Cluck Cluck - that is the chicken in me and it is alive and well!!!!

CLimb the Sydney Bridge, no way in a million years for me. You are a dare devil Betty, or one of those wonderful people that can push your limits.

I leave Ken to do all the "wild" things. He does enough for the both of us.

However, I will go in any gondola, LOVE hot air balloons and chair lifts. It is when I am in control I worry. Arlene hit one tree I am sure I would hit them all!!!

Olivia may decide to take the plunge but was not to enthralled with that idea on the Chilean Fjords. I think Todd will have quite a few joining him from the DDD crowd.

Funny how we all are different.

Betty, I have done a hot air balloon over Burgundy and loved it. I spent many winters in chair lifts and gondolas, and even T bars right at the edge of the Alps. I have parasailed in Moorea, and learned to do roller coasters with my eyes closed for the sake of my children. That tubing ride in Dominica was a stitch. But I have this morbid fear of crashing into the pole at the bottom of the canopy run because I was unable at the blurring speed of the picture above, to "apply my brakes!". And I have no desire ever to go to a survival camp. I like those spas where you get 3 body or face treatments and a massage every day, and only exercise maybe 2 hours in the a.m. Get my drift? I am really a whuss.

YES I love your Vegas theme Todd. Very very creative. I meant to comment on it then got sidetracked. So looking forward to this LOST WAGES CRUISING AROUND THE VEGAS HOTELS and you know you started the WHOLE thing. It was your idea and look how many are coming. I think we will have a blast.

Gesh, Perhaps it is good that I have not counted myself in on this cruise. I mean, how about going to a tractor pull; a mud fight, or perhaps a football game. Did you ever think of that? (Wink)... Cripes, even the Graemlins didn't like this post....I couldn't get them to work.

Cheers! Ray

I think Bill should canopy to keep Todd company while I am deciding to do so. Still only a remote possibility, unless Ngaire, Suzanne, Nancy and others will join in. I am a group participant sort of person.

You know, guys ... we're going to be in Sacramento the week before MINT (November 6, 04) for a wedding - I'm trying to convince by wife that it would be easy for us to drive down to LA to meet up with you guys and go on MINT. She's not having any of that now ("we can't afford to go on 2 RSSC cruises in a year!") ... but I sense a slight weakening of her resolve. Wish me luck. :)
