Our cruise documents arrived last Friday, and were "signature preferred" as well. DHL did ring the bell, but left long before I could get to the door. I was surprised to learn that Ngaire had hired my wife, as (according to the main document) Pat had arranged the trip for us. I heard from Ngaire that we are not alone in this status, which I attribute (= guess) to Regent's use of the agent fields to get the documents direct to the clients/ passengers. I don't dance well either, so I just wondered, almost 6 weeks in advance is a lot! Blame it on (credit it to) the new system.

Yeah, Mark had supposedly booked our trip, too. Now, just don't ask him to email Ngaire (or anybody else for that matter).

26 days from today and nobody is talking!!

Just two weeks until FUN. I have checked and they are still showing two formal nights and one informal. All the rest are country club casual. Although I do find this can change by the time we get to the ship as it is at the Captain's discretion.

For those with guarantee cabins I checked moments ago and they have not been assigned yet. I will continue to check and let each know once assigned.

Good news I have heard Lorraine is going to be our Cruise Director!

If anyone is interested in certified scuba diving I have arranged a two tank dive in St. Croix with an operator recommended by Marti who is on FUN with us. Colonel Wes dove with Captain Ed last year and also highly recommended him. I am trying to find a good operator in Dominica and Grand Turk, both of which I have dove before so if anyone wants to join us, please let me know.

Hey Susan - please please give Lorraine a hug from me and Frank - we just love her to death! I had a very short email from her about 3 weeks ago, so knew she was on Navigator, but she said that she didn't have a computer in her office this time, so she very seldom had a chance to get online. She is a special lady and always a pleasure to cruise with.
So give her a <img src="http://smileys.sm..._104%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"> for us.

Ralph is a hot commodity! I think we have enough sea days so the poker plays can share him with the poochers!

Ralph, you will be busy!! I knew Carol had played Pooch but only saw you playing poker! You are a man of many talents :D

I will bring cards and poker chips and POOCH score sheets as well. I am not much of a juggler but we will work on doing it all. Carol is a poocher as well. With this economy we need the Texas holdem games so I can pay the rent.

Really looking forward to this cruise. Comes at a good time. FUN FUN and more FUN on FUN.

All do not forget we are getting together for dinner on March 10,2009 at BRAVO. Meeting for drinks at 6:30pm , dinner at 7:00pm. We have room for more so please lets us know if you are planning on coming and have not let either Karen or me know. There are 12 at this point. We can start the FUN early.

I just checked and Karen is still in guarantee as well as one other guest. I did get cabin assignments for two others so it looks like we should know soon. Stay tuned.

Karen's always such a good sport about cabin assignment! That's our low-maintenance girl!!! ;)

It is interesting you mentioned about the clear water. When Mark Conroy was in our office recently he was telling us what a challenge it is to purify the water and how it settles in some of the tanks and while it is perfectly safe sometimes it takes on a not so clear hue.

Checked again today and Karen and Mark and one other couple are still on guarantee.

Susan, I've noticed that the theme for our March 11th cruise of "Food, Wine and Music" isn't apparent on Regents web site any longer....Has it changed?
