SEAGAL is Kathy and Pete - great couple. They were on FJORDS with us and many of you met Kathy. Going to be on Caviar also. Wonderful group you have here. Karen can be the "leader" I think she will simply MARVELLOUS!!!

Must say again what a nice group - I am so happy to be cruising with all of you - Tony's heart jumped started (that's a good thing for him with pacemaker) when he knew the sistahs were booked - he is a "sistah" lover :hug: and all the other women he has met cruising -

Jim talked us into it (Didn't require much convincing once I saw the list & the itinerary).

Looks like 731 will be our home for almost 2 weeks.
(Considering 621 but think that may be too far forward - the only time I got seasick on a cruise was in that cabin a few yrs ago)

Timing is just right for this cruise - 6 mos after ROAR2, so time for a cruise, and we return just as my fantasy baseball drafts are starting.
Just wish it was a late sail out of San Juan so we could have dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.

Has a name been decided on for this cruise yet?

Arlene & I each have conflicts with family obligations during this sailing, so we are not going to be able to go after all.
WAAAAA!!!!!!

To soothe our sorrows, we booked Ngaire's escorted Reyjavik to Southampton in May.

Oh that's too bad, Gil! We will miss you and Arlene!

Considering how early we book these things, a year is not that long! Time flies so much faster after you are 40 than it seemed to before! A sin, as we are ready to enjoy it and want time to slow down!

Not interested in going to places they have been more than once in the Caribbean. I tried to explain that most of us have been to these islands more than once and being with the "FUN" group was what it is all about. (tried the ole guilt trip on them).

LOL Jim, I liked this trip for the not so common ports of Aruba, St. Lucia and Bonaire (or is is Curaco that we stop at?)

Jim, that's disappointing. I think Bing & Carol would fit in sooooooooo well with the FUN group! Maybe you and Jan could make up an itinerary that really turns them on and give it to them on April 1st :D

Just remind them "daylight come and I no wanna go home" sounds best with Frankie in the Caribbean!

We continue to think about this cruise and, in fact, I have a cabin on hold and we may book during our March 24 Marner sailing. My only hesitancy is a 2009 family budget that may also include (i) Oz studying in Australia in Fall 2009 (and, of course, Paula and I would HAVE to visit him), and (ii) a possible/likely January 2010 wedding for Meredth (I would likely need a cruise AFTER that event!) -- we laugh at the thought that kids don't still affect the plans of empty nesters! Sorry, don't mean to dwell on our family's plans, but it's only something like those major events that would keep us from this FUN group.

In addition, I've asked Betty K to help me discuss this cuise with our neighborhood group saiing with us next week -- 6 Regent newbies.
