We will try sending it out a different way next week. So many of you did not get it and I apologise to those of you who will get it again.

gf we dont send out flyers very often. It can be 3 months or more between flyers at times.

I only send them out when there is something new, a great value or of interest to most clients. No sense sending out flyers for the sake of sending out flyers and clogging up everyones email.

Looks pretty tempting! We had booked the PG to Tahiti for next December, but maybe we need to look at moving it up a bit. Thanks for the info Ngaire.

Don, when are you booked? We're booked on the 14-day Marquesas trip, December 7th.

But the June timeframe is lovely, the weather should be perfect, and the bonuses thrown in are great. The 7-day itinerary is really the best for your first trip to paradise (IMHO.)

Don, you should think about moving your trip up...Jerel and I just booked Susan's special for our very first trip to Tahiti!! We were going to go in 2009 for our 10th anniversary, but this special is so good we couldn't pass it up.

We have discovered that our flyers are perceived as SPAM by more and more ISP with Comcast being the one that blocks us the most. We are starting to use a service for our flyers that is supposed to help us be recognized as a legitimate flyer. Hope to send this out again tomorrow.

Today we sent out the fuel surcharge notice with this service and I know many received this a we got a lot of response from people so I think it went to almost everyone.

Your internet server provider (ISP) must be blocking us. You may be able to get regular emails from us but your ISP sees a flyer as spam. You need to clear these two addresses to be on the "acceptable list" or "white list" whatever your particular service calls us.

We are still getting this all up and running and soon we will be able to see who is being blocked and then we would be contacting you telling you exactly what I just said. We do know only a handful did not go through about 40 of them.

I got the fuel surcharge one, too. I have B&K email routed to an email address that basically just doesn't get spam. For now, anyway, until the spammers find it.

It just occurred to me that we ONLY sent that fuel surcharge notice to people who are booked in 2008 that are not yet fully paid.

It did not affect anyone else so no sense sending email you dont need. So many of you would not have been sent a flyer at all unless you fell into the 2008 booked not paid category.

When the specials flyer goes out then everyone should get that. We are having to import all the email addresses is tedious slow work to get it all done right. Julie has been on it all day. MAYBE tomorrow we will get it out.

FYI, Ngaire, I got both the fuel surcharge and the promotional flyers, and I'm on COMCAST. But I'm not booked on a 2008 Regent cruise - just the 2009 Ring of Fire trans-Pacific jaunt you are escorting!

Which of course we look forward to. Do you expect a fuel surcharge in 2009? Or is that beyond even your extremely clear crystal ball?

You probably got included in the fuel surcharge email because Julie knew you would like to get the notice. Smart girl my Julie.

09 will probably all depend on the price of oil. On that issue I think everyones crystal ball is murky.
