First stop, Sydney on the 23rd.

I am not sure what we will be able to see since the ship isn't docking at the main terminal where the controlable web cam is.

The Queen Mary 2 and the Queen Elizabeth are both in port, maybe we will be able to see something from their cams.

Is there a webcam on the Qantas A380? :D

Is there a webcam on a manhole cover in Sydney Central Business Distric? ;) We can have a Neville webcam opportunity. ;)

Hi Karen.
I will be away next week on QM2.
Hope to get some pics of Voyager in Sydney as we have to check in at Glebe Island and then will be taken to the ship at the Garden Island Naval Base by catamaran.

Here are some webcam sites that I have for their calls in Australia.
You probably have most of them though, but just in case. cheer

Have a great time on QM2 David. Garden Island isn't a great place to dock but the ship is just too large - we really need to do some updating as not many ships these days can sail under the Harbour Bridge - Voyager is one of them! Pity it couldn't be at the Overseas Terminal this time though. Lee

Darling would be great. You all could see it from Hyatt and so close to so many things to do. I sure love that city and country! I'm like Andi....every morsel of news is a wealth. :app:

It's interesting. When we took the Sydney-Auckland cruise in 2005, our docs said Darling and fortunately we saw that the ship was actually at Circular Quay while we were down there. We wouldn't have known about the change otherwise. Hopefully, they'll be correct this time.

I don't remember where Darling was, Betty....Sydney is such an easy city to get around, there is no stress whereever the ship docks. Those lucky folks to be there again. I wish I could pick up another pair of Uggs at the Rocks. I love mine. By the way Betty, enjoy the Hobart Honey and think of me (your honey of a friend).

Andi - I hope I haven't mixed Darling with Circular Quay. I could see both from the Four Seasons. Your Hobart Honey is long gone. Sorry. Fixed a small "feast" for Jingle and myself. It was delish! She loved being included. Only a few pangs of guilt for not saving it to mail home to you.
So glad to know I am not the only one wishing I had landed in Sydney today. Why can't we do it all? Yes, that would be selfish. Anxiously await the 1st report from "our" ROOs.

Betty, Darling Harbor is closer to The Grace (yg). The Navigator docked at Circular Quay. I'm with you wishing I could be in Sydney with all the ROOs, too.

I think we might be able to see the Voyager sail in under the bridge soon (Unless they are docking before the bridge!) at TrevandSteve\'s cam

Very cool. It must be one of the most beautiful harbors in the world. And now with one of the nicest ships. Why am I not on it? Why am I at work reading literature on RA, OA and MS instead? MOAN...so I can afford my next trip!

Lee, If you look at the schedule for Jan-Feb 2012, you'll have 3 opportunities to jump on the Voyager. She's doing a few Sydney to Auckland runs.

Lee, you still might be able to book it today! At least stay on until Darwin.

I'll see if I can catch them on their way out. It will be 7:00 a.m. for me! But, won't it be dark there? They leave at 11pm.

Yes Kim, it will be dark but hopefully the city lights and the lights on the ship will be enough for you to see something.

Next stop, Brisbane on Friday the 25th (I think that is tomorrow for us?)

There are loads of port cams here but I am not sure if this is where the ship will dock?
