Actually, looking at July 2006, the Voyager H veranda suite is $5276 versus the Navigator F suite (first veranda category==Viyager H) is $5196...darn near a tie! Just remember that G & H on Navigator are non-veranda suites. If your goal is just to be on-board then the Navigator is a better value, but for similar accommodations there is no consequential difference in cost. (Me, I'd pay the $100 for access to Signatures/Latitudes).
