Hello!

I did a search and found a few responses to Robert on Mariner's spa from 3 years ago but nothing recent. Robert (and board) how were your treatments? Has there been a noticeable change since Regent started flying its flag over the Mariner? There has been no discussion of the sauna/steam room. Has anyone tried them and are they available to use without treatments?
Thank you,
Goodmorning2U

There hasn't been a change in the spas on any of the ships since the Regent name. They are still Carita Spas and the estheticians are the same as well. I love those spas. You need to check with the front desk at the spa, but, you can use them by appointment.

Editing to add, that I have been at least twice this last year in Voyager, Mariner and Navigator's spas. Treatments are the same on all. Just like with any spa, you may have minor variation of a treatment since each of the people giving you the service may have a different style or method.

Had massages at Carita on the Mariner when it was Radisson and Regent and saw no changes. It is one of my "must do" on board. Remember to book early and the longer massages are worth it!

I did try out the sauna room this past May during our Alaska cruise and enjoyed it...I would recommend it.

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry, but by demonstrating that all peoples cry, laugh, eat, worry, and die, it can introduce the idea that if we try and understand each other, we may even become friends ~~M. Angelou~~

Goodmorning2U - Welcome - I see that you made it over here from FT :) There wasn't really a change on the Mariner - just the line got renamed from Radisson to Regent - much like the USAir renaming to USAirways (not talking about the America West merger - but the one from years ago).
