Just browsing through old topics, is the Diamond scheduled to be pulled from service? We are going in June, and wondered how long before her last sailing. Thanks all...

Cindy, we know for sure that the Diamond will be sailing all through 2005, since we have seen the schedules. I remember someone saying that they might put her retirement on hold as Diamond bookings have picked up quite a bit over the past year. That would be great as I would hate to see her put out to pasture.

I heard a rumor "and that is all it is" that the last sailing would be around December 2006. This is not FACT just "what I heard" and not from a reliable RSSC source. So it may not be correct but the best I have heard so far. Plus who knows they may extend the lease she is gaining in popularity now the Song has gone a lot of sailings are sold out for 2004.
