What happened to bringing your Mom for her 65th birthday - she is going to be very disappointed -

My mom will be with her best friend in the Penthhouse suite. I will be hopefully in the grand suite.

I know need to decide whom to invite for dinner in the suite. It looks like we can seat 8.

We were in the Grand Suite on Mariner last year (but not for four months, unfortunately) and one of the apparent perks was a card that said we could have a cocktail party in our suite for up to a certain amount of guests. We didn't know anybody on that cruise, so we never used it, but we have one on Navigator in January and we are already planning our party. I finally got that huge wrap-around front deck!

Don't make me feel bad Pam that number one I am not cruising with you and number two I won't be able to be at your party - lucky girl!!! Joanna

JHP the suite can handle many more than just 8..we can ask for another table or even two making it a dinner/cocktail party for 18 or 24.

Changing your name is easy, just follow these steps:

1) Click on My Profile near the top of the page.

2) Click on Edit Profile

3) Click inside the Publically Displayed Name box & make desired changes.

4) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Update Profile.

This will make a uiniversal change to all past posts and any new posts will bear the new name.

No wonder I like both of you!! Your lighted menorah would be a wonderful addition. I grew up in a small enclave in my home town that was 80% Jewish - I was the lone Irish Catholic girl - so I have great memories of my Jewish girlfriends and all the bar and bas mitzvahs we attended in 7th and 8th grade - and dating their brothers in high school and their grandmothers calling me a goy or shiksas - they came to my house for Xmas Eve and I spent the Jewish holidays at their homes - fabulous memories of the 50's - and some were orthodox jews and no milk thank God with dinner we drank soda unheard of in my house - Joanna
