Has anyone noticed the number of formal nights on the Caribbean cruises? We are booked on the December 18 Voyager cruise and there are 3 formal nights in 10 days. We have taken other Regent Caribbean cruises with no formal nights. Hot days, warm nights and casual settings make me think of Tommy Bahama rather than suits or tuxedos. :(

Hope it changes between now and then. :)

I think you'll find this is typical of holiday cruises over Christmas and/or New Years. We had 3 formal nights (out of 14) last year over New Years on the Voyager.

Thanks Scott,

This is the first holiday cruise we've taken and I was surprised. At least we have several months to adjust to the idea.
