This may be a dumb question - if I book one or two excursions today, and add a few more in a few days, does Radisson keep track of ALL excursions?
In other words, will they delete the first ones I booked if I don't include them on the second request? The instructions on the online booking form are a little confusing... from the form:
>> If more than one form is submitted prior to your cruise, we will use the most recent submission and disregard any previous requests.
Thanks! --Rebecca

We had a problem with our "changes" to our excursions online for our Nov. cruise. When making changes, we needed to re-do the entire form exactly as we wanted from top to bottom. That was important! Linda of B&K caught our error just in time for us. Be thorough each time! - Michele

I'd wait till you get your docs. There is a form that you can mail back to RSSC to book excursions. That does not go for big excursions, such as Agra, Macchu Picchu, etc. You need to book them when you book your cruise.

I've booked several SA excursions on line PRIOR to receiving docs. Now that the docs are here I was going to add one more. Should I do this on line or fax it to them? I don't want to mess up the ones I did on line several weeks ago!

Michele has it right, based on my reading of the info about on-line booking. If you want to make a change, you need to re-enter your whole list of excursions. The last on-line request you do is the one that "counts."
By the way: if you reserve a PG scuba dive on-line, you still need to go the the dive desk when you get aboard. They'll need to see your certification card and, depending on your answers to the standard PADI forms they use, might need to see your doctor's letter indicating you're OK to dive.

I would suggest you add the extra excurison once you get onboard. Most of these have space and if not the waitlist clears about 90% of the time anyway. That certainly is the easiest way. Unless you want to do the whole thing again!!!

We have had good success booking online excursions. But, we wait until we've made up our mind about all the excursions (which means waiting until our docs arrive in case there have been any changes) and then fill out form online. Have never tried to make changes to the online form after we've completed it; but like Ngaire suggests, I'd make any changes once onboard.
