I just happened to go on the Air Canada website to check my Tuesday flight and saw that they has just posted a notice of a possible flight attendants strike on Thursday, the day of our cruise.

If you're flying Air Canada on Thursday you may want to check with the airline. Tom.

Tom, thanks for the heads up! United flight attendants went on strike in 1979 (could have been 78) and stranded me in Sacramento. To this day, I choose not to fly United. That trip I ended up getting rerouted through Dallas and it was first flight on Delta and have flown mostly Delta since because they have been predominantly non-union.

Good luck for all the AC flyers!
