Have done both the Ballestas Islands and the Nazca lines years ago. The year I was there was an El Nino year and the Ballestas was very sad. Lot's of dead and starving wildlife. But in a good year I am told it is very good. Mostly just saw seals, sea lions, cormorants and a few pelicans, although I was told that there are usually some blue footed boobies and Humboldt penguins there. The Candelabro was very cool. I was much more impressed with the Nazca lines flight. If that is something that interests you, I would go for it! I thought it was very interesting. It was, however, a VERY bumpy flight on a small 6 seater plane, so keep that in mind - a couple of folks in our group got very sick. The thermal currents and winds in that area are notorious.
