Just an FYI, I have been having to login issue lately and this has not been a problem before. Could it be my new laptop and waffling between the two computers? Not a major issue, but have noticed it.

It's not a big one. Sometimes I come to LCT and I'm not logged in. I can immediately log in, but not sure why my login drops.

That sounds like a cookie issue, maybe the new laptop is set to not save cookies?

Karen,
I'm having the same minor problem as Beth. Cookies are set properly on my PC. I checked the website earlier this morning and I was logged in. When I just checked the website, I was logged out. This happens periodically. It is as though the system automatically logs you out after a set number of days or hours.

Karen, it may be a cookie thing, but I just opened LCT on my new laptop and wasn't logged in. I had my login and password saved so it isn't an issue. Just odd.
Glad I'm not alone in this, Dave!

Dave, I don't think I have ever had to log in since we changed over the website last year or whenever that was. Maybe it could be a browser issue, I know that Ted's problem he was having was a IE problem. Are you and Beth having this problem on Firefox (which is what I use)

I've been having the same problem for several weeks. I use Firefox also.

Karen, I use Firefox. The problem also occurs on my Ipad using Safari.

Very odd, that problem usually only happens with IE. There is one thing you can try to do, click on the "my info" button at the top of the page and scroll down to cookies. Click on the "expire cookies" at the bottom of the page. Sometimes there is a wonky cookie that is screwing up the normal way things work and expiring the cookies will make them start all over with fresh ones.

Hi Karen, OK, I clicked on Expire Cookies on both my PC and my Ipad. Will let you know if I get logged out automatically in the future. In this case, no news is good news.
