We are going to be on board the Voyager over the Christmas Holiday this year after a several year absence on the Voyager( seems we have been on Navigator and Mariner a lot over the past years). I remember the Voyager having a vibration issue in the aft potion of the ship. Not as pronounced as the Navigators, but still a issue, albet a small one.

If anyone has been one the Voyager lately and could inform me of the vibations now on Voyager I would really appreciate it.

We are currently considering moving up to a Penthouse suite on Deck 8 Aft, which is down by the laundry.

Any thoughts on the loacation and suite would be great.

We just got off of a 30 day cruise on the Voyager in the aft cabins (category C across the very rear end of the ship). We LOVE these cabins, and we always try to book them, but lots of folks don't like this location. Yes, there is some vibration at this location, but we kind of like it - just like we like the pitch and roll of rough seas! Not everyone's cup of tea, but we find it helps "rock" us to sleep!

We did have to do some "adjustments" during the cruise (putting padding a few places in the walls/ceilings and rearranging bottles/glasses), but we are used to this for these cabins, and find it worth it (these aft cabins have awesome large decks).

If you are bothered at all by vibration, I would recommend going more mid-ship.

Everyone is different regarding vibration. We actually prefer forward on the Voyager. Will stay anywhere on the Mariner.

We have been in both PH 861 and 862, one of them a Trans Atlantic, and they were a great location, no vibration at all. I only noticed it as I went back towards the laundry room.
