Here's a stupid question...We are booked in a Penthouse B suite on Voyager. Are there two areas with mirrors for doing hair and putting on makeup with outlets for hair dryers, curling irons, etc.?

Sis and I don't want to be stepping over each other in the mornings or evenings while getting ourselves ready :)

By the way, I'm thinking of doing a "real" snorkel trip on Cozumel. I'm on a waitlist with Rosie Flury who does a well-recommended trip out to the reefs. She can do group trips, or I'm hoping, add us to a party of others. But if anybody else is interested in this, let me know and I will ask her how many it takes to get a group.

It's our only chance to get a good day of snorkeling in, since we're doing Lamanai in Belize, and I love my snorkeling!

I've got to say this--what the heck do they think is so great about the moleskin bags? This is my third one I guess since R started using them. If they were big enough for a pair of shoes larger than flip flops then they'd be great. But the size they are, they are useless. Anybody agree?

Wendy,

To my way of thinking, it's what's inside the bag that counts ;)

I use them to pack my dressy shoes in so they don't go to waste. Denise, you're right....most important thing is what's IN the bag!

Yeh, of course. It just seems kind of superfluous. I guess you could put a single shoe in each bag...

Wendy...Seabourn uses the same type of bag - same question, why - what good is it?????

Glad there are other practical minds among us - inquiring minds want to know!

I'll take your little bags off your hands! I like them and think they're good for packing shoes. I put both shoes in one bag going opposite directions like a shoebox.

I do the same thing, Marcie. They are pliable and take up no room, keep shoes together, and protected.

And I think it makes for a classy presentation of the docs.

Well, maybe you two have small feet! I'm a size 9.

Okay, so I went and tried it--my sling-back flats fit, but my nice leather dress shoes with the little wedge heel didn't. So maybe you have to be a size 6!

So if I take my flats, I'm in good shape! But usually I don't, and no way my wedge strappy sandals are going to fit!

I have size 9 feet too, Wendy. I just throw them away along with the ungainly folder, and just switch what I need to another slimmer case.

Yes, the folder is ungainly, isn't it? I like the very first one I got, for the Paul Gauguin in 2000. Just a canvas bag with a zip. Useful.

Tennisbunny and Wendy and any others who might be cruising on the 12/14 Voyager cruise,

I was wondering if you all would like to try to meet
up for a LCT "Hi there!" after boarding?

Last cruise, they did a block party at sailaway, but I guess we could meet before (Larry and I will likely be on board by about 2:00) or after the block party.

What do you think?

That sounds great, Betty.

I'm not a big block party person--especially since they seem to have the block parties during sailaway, and I love it when the ship is leaving/entering port. I'd rather be up on deck or on my balcony. I'll probably make an appearance at the block party, say hi, then go up top. So we could meet any time after that. I'm trying to remember when the muster drill will be.

On another topic, there's a Cruise Critic group. Nobody over there has suggested a meet and greet, but someone may. Or we could. What do you think? Tennisbunny's posting there as well too.

Well, if as and when somebody posts over on CC suggesting a meet, then we should just go ahead and plan our own.

I'm betting that we will see each other anyways, on deck. I remember what you two look like! So maybe before the block party, assuming that that's *before* the muster drill.

We're in 655, btw.
