I am just going through the PARIS docs. I see that in Amsterdam we dock very close to Central Station. For those that don't have transfers included, it doesn't appear to be too long a walk to the station and then it is only a 14 minute train ride to the airport. I believe the train is around 4 Euro.
I am so looking forward to seeing everyone in Trier!!! I missed out on Ho Down so I have some catching up to do. :D
By the way, if you get on a Thalys from Amsterdam to Airport, and forget to get off; you could end up in Brussels :D or, if you still forget to get off, you will be back in Paris in a little over three hours.
