Beth has offered to try and get a group stalk of the LAMB and PEARL gang in Papeete. It appears that the Papeete dock cam is no longer in service but the Tahitian Princess ship will be docked with us!!

Maybe we can set up a time in the afternoon for the two groups to get together for a stalk in front of the Princess ship. If we chose a time, say like 3:30, that would be about 8:30 EST, right? Here is the Princess cam:

That would be great Karen.
The princess ship is docked on the opposite side
side of the horseshoe port where we will be.

Jim, how do you know where the Princess ship will dock already? Do they dock in the same spot all the time?

Now that I look at this schedule again, I am not sure if the Princess ship IS in port with us. Something looks wrong with this schedule, as it doesn't give us any time in port with the PG

When we were in Papeete that is where Princess was docked. I assumed they probably would go to the same place. PG by far has a much better place.
It is a one way bay. the PG ship will turn around to get out of the bay.

Judging from the schedule above, which I don't even think is correct, we might be all by ourselves in port :(

Karen I think this is the original schedule for the mariner since it has you leaving Papeete at 2PM on the 12th. Weren't you guys leaving on the 11th around midnight?

oops, this is Arlene

I am not sure if it has been mentioned before, but from the PG schedule,it looks like we are in Bora Bora and Moorea together as well as Papeete.

PG

08/12 At Sea
09/12 Bora Bora, Tahiti
10/12 Tahaa
11/12 Moorea, French Polynesia
11/12 Papeete, Tahiti

David those of us on PEARLS don't board the ship until Dec. 12. I believe you're looking at the cruise before ours.

But maybe we can still visit the PG if she is in another port with us!

Both ships will be at anchor in the bay/lagoon and access will be by tender .It also depends where PG anchors.I have seen her sometimes in a smaller bay than the one we will be in, with the water sports platform down for guests.
It will be great to see her in the same location though.
That will be the day we can say.....
"Regent Rules".
