So glad you are doing better, victor. Not being able to breathe is a terrible feeling. Good luck on your stopping smoking efforts. A dear friend of ours quit a few years ago after a similar incident, and he is healthier now than he was 10 years ago by far.

as a follow up went to doctor today and it seems my breathing was a combination of smoking and bad air in india and that area

in any case i am doing 2 things

i will try to stop smoking via hypnosis

and since i am being told i should also rest i am today booking the voyageur again next month feb 10th from auckland to at least athens greece

i have asked mark conroy to surprise me with something special when i hit the 500 day level

now my question to other lct persons is would you like me to do sea mail again or was i too boring???????????????

i will take an official count

i had started with a mrtini as usual actullay 2

but then i slow down with a few beers


it is a long day when at sea with that barteneder

after a slow shake !!

and this went on for 2 months!!!

but thats my morning spot to read newspapers as they are delivred to me there rather than to my cabin

I broke that habit 16 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. Right now I'm helping a friend get on a lung transplant list and she has been going through he!!. All due to cigarettes, so continue on this path. You're on it now and good luck to you!!
