This fall they are offering 25% single supplement on two Insignia sailings. One is 12 days October 29 from Monte Carlo to Venice and the second is 14 days November 10 Venice to Barcelona. Susan

However as a single I cannot, and will not, travel on a line such as Oceania, NCL etc. that charge singles 200%. When the policy changes I will return, but not until then. Some time ago Oceania said they would have a "number" of cruises in 2010 with reduced single supplement, but all I have seen are the TWO referred to above.
