Thanks, my LCT friends! We have been in northern New Mexico the last couple of weeks, and today is our last day here, so I'm enjoying and taking it easy. Last night John and I had my birthday dinner at a restaurant in Taos, sitting on the patio looking at the sky changing colors and the clouds changing shape as the sun went down, all with the beautiful Sangre de Christo mountains as the centerpiece. It was a near perfect dinner, and a PERFECT view. I reminded myself to remember that view and gorgeous weather next week when we are back in the Texas heat!
Karen, thanks for the beautiful cake, which looks scrumptious. And thanks again to all for the birthday wishes, which make me happy.
