Steve, Welcome to LCT, good to see your post. Yes, the funsters will have FUN. Pooch is sometimes known as "oh hell" and some other names. I do not remember the source of the name "pooch". Perhaps if Ngaire gets a chance from her cruise she will also post. It is a fun social card game that many LCTers play on the sea days. Do you play "Texas Holdem". A few of us will try and get a friendly game or two of that going on the sea days also. Too bad you will miss the Bravo dinner but look for us around 6:30pm in Galilio's. It is on deck 11 in the stern.
