I have stayed at the Yankee Snipper as we call it many times, it is older and does need work, but it is the only hotel on the strip that is actually on the beach. We stay at the Atlantic when we go to FLL now but for one night it is not too bad, great spot and the Harbor beach Marriott right next door for some good dining.
