David,
Actually, I'm not sure how much that can happen. Since names are still required RSSC can see that I have a table for 6 and only 3 folks. I fully expect, if I don't add names before or shortly after boarding, to get a note from the Maitre'd that Mr. and Ms. Jones will be joing you for dinner or asking if we've filled our table yet, if not would we mind a cozy table for three. I'd like to think the Regent IT are smart enough that if you and Pierce wanted to join us for dinner on the 10th, when I added you names to our reservation; you would find you couldn't make a reservation at Signatures. Maybe they're not that good, but I have hope. People who are not "net ready" are at a significant disadvantage...they'll be standing in line at the Maitre'd desk that afternoon in Monte Carlo for (what I assume might be called) less desrirable times. In this day and age I'm not 100% sure about how to avoid placing non-net capable folks at a disadvantage.

As an aside, I serve on the Board of Directors of (for this area) a large 501(c)3 equine based therapy organization. It is a requirement for members of our Board to be email capable. As a volunteer org most of our Board have "day jobs" and we do a lot of our business thru "virtual meetings." This excludes some fantastic folks from the serving on our Board but if we had to do all our business "face to face" we'd be excluding a lot of other fantastic folks who have other commitments.

I don't know the answer that would be fair to everyone. If I hold on to our 6 spot until late the afternoon of the 10th...I'm being a bit of an (undesirable explicative). People like that generally, can find a way to abuse most any system.
