Frank2525, we are essentially in your camp on this issue. We are booked on two fairly port intensive Regent cruises in 2010 to give the "free" excusions program the full college try. But after that, unless there is a dramatic difference in pricing between Regent and Silversea or Seabourn we'll probably go with the latter two to enjoy better shore excursion options.
