For dinner in Rome, don't miss the new restaurant with the chef trained at the Cavaliere's famous Le Pergola (what a view of Rome from there!), L'Altro Mastai. It's near the Piazza Navona, beautiful, formal but not stuffy, with incredibly creative haute cuisine that was the best of our trip. We liked it so much we returned the following evening.
