Med jet "sounds" good .. but just sort of reading their "fine" print they mention :

and they won't cover you on a LONG cruise either ( there is a bit about their coverage is 90 days max for a cruise.. so if you are doing a 120 day say world cruise (oh you lucky ones who have that much time) , it wouldn't be a good thing..
