Anyone besides me STILL waiting for refund for a cancelled cruise? Crystal cancelled the cruise on December 21, 2020, refund was requested the next day. Crystal acknowledged receipt of that request on January 7. It’s now May! Too late to dispute the charge. Any other suggestions? ————————— Helen
