Ngaire, I have contacted Baylor Scott and White at least a half dozen times. I think they are afraid of starting vaccinations with only a limited quantity of vaccine. That is why the state has been so vocal that there should be no hoarding; that if they have vaccine they need to use it. Unfortunately, I think this will turn into a bad scene before it gets good. I figure by next Tuesday we will have a much better picture.
