Easter Sunday - The Entrance to Compass Rose.

On the galley tour, I learned that the large Easter eggs are balloons carefully coated with chocolate.
Those eggs were prepped late March. Then shortly after we left Bermuda, they were humpty-dumpty-ed by rough seas. All the ship's bakers, and all the ship's chefs, couldn't put those eggs back together again. So they started from scratch, and when I saw them on the galley tour, they were secured to racks with saran wrap.
