Jim - we did 21 days on Navigator last year, San Francisco to New York. Did not really notice much vibration, some in the Galileo lounge now and then. We did hit two severe weather problems, one on the West Coast and one on the East, so there is not much to be done about weather. Agree it is the least favorite of ours, but we had a great time. They did use to have an observation lounge, but it did not have a bar and so was only used for private functions, and they finally converted it to the gym as Jim Bittle pointed out.
