Very odd, that problem usually only happens with IE. There is one thing you can try to do, click on the "my info" button at the top of the page and scroll down to cookies. Click on the "expire cookies" at the bottom of the page.
Sometimes there is a wonky cookie that is screwing up the normal way things work and expiring the cookies will make them start all over with fresh ones.
