Will be doing an air deviation, so as much as possible will have some flexibility in airline choices. Would love to fly Miami to Europe non stop (and then will connect to Florence). Any thoughts/experiences with Lufthansa, Air France, Swiss or Alitalia in Business Class? Probably Delta would be better, but hate to do another leg flying to ATL for connection to Europe. Thanks.
