When we got on in November, we were seated in Seth's section the first night, totally by accident. He was taking the order of the couple next to us; he excused himself, came over and gave me a big hug and shook Mark's hand, then went back to the other table. We sat at that table every night, and he made sure that what little food Mark could eat, was prepared in the tastiest possible way. He is absolutely wonderful, remembered us from the previous cruise.
